*Students are kindly requested to prove their student status by showing their student's card or a letter signed officially by the Dean's Office upon registration or send a copy of them to the Conference Secretariat at: aiml2016 at wecotravel.hu

Conference dinner is also organized for the participants for 1 September. Tickets cost 30 EUR/person.

Cancellation

Registration cancellations must be made in written form to the Conference Secretariat.

Before 15 July, 2016: 80% refund (20% processing fee)

After 15 July, 2016:  No registration refunds will be made after this date.

As an alternative to cancelling, you may transfer your registration to another member of your organisation, subject to a Euro 30 processing fee.
